By uploading, you grant Comiiic LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content on the platform and through associated services. This license does not transfer ownership of the content.

3. Use of External Services

Our platform integrates with external services such as Stripe for payments. Your use of these services is subject to their own terms.

4. Copyright Complaints

If you believe that content on Comiiic infringes your copyright, please contact us at hello@comiiic.com with sufficient details. We will promptly investigate and take appropriate action, including content removal in accordance with applicable laws such as the U.S. DMCA and Japan's Provider Liability Limitation Act.

5. Violation Handling

• Content removal
• Account suspension or deletion
• Accounts that repeatedly upload infringing content may be permanently terminated
• Legal action in severe cases

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
