1. Prohibited Content

Comiiic strictly prohibits the posting, sharing, or distribution of any content that falls under the following categories:

• Adult or pornographic material, including sexually explicit depictions or sexual services
• Content involving the exploitation or abuse of minors (child sexual abuse material or child exploitation)
• Material promoting or glorifying violent extremism, terrorism, or hate-based organizations
• Content that incites hatred or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, or nationality
• Graphic or gratuitous violence, gore, or torture depictions
• Unauthorized uploads or reproduction of copyrighted works, trademarks, or other intellectual property
• Spam, fraud, or misleading claims

2. Intellectual Property

Users are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded works, including text and images, are original or properly licensed. Uploading copyrighted or trademarked material without authorization is strictly prohibited.

By uploading, you grant Comiiic LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your work on the platform. You retain full ownership of your content.

3. Detection and Moderation System

Comiiic employs both automated and manual moderation to detect and remove prohibited content. Users can report violations through the built-in “Report” feature available on each comic page.

All reports are logged in our moderation system and reviewed by administrators. Violating content may be suspended, restricted, or permanently deleted after review.

4. User Responsibilities

Users must not use the platform to promote illegal activity, harassment, or exploitation. Each user bears full responsibility for their uploaded content and activity on the site.

Comiiic LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in repeated or severe violations.

5. External Services

Comiiic integrates with third-party services such as Stripe for payments. Use of these external services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

6. Copyright Complaints

If you believe that content on Comiiic infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at hello@comiiic.com with sufficient details. We will promptly investigate and take appropriate action, including content removal, consistent with applicable laws (e.g. DMCA, Japan’s Provider Liability Limitation Act).

7. Enforcement and Penalties

• Temporary or permanent suspension of accounts
• Content removal or restriction
• Notification to law enforcement when legally required
• Termination of repeated violators

8. Changes to These Terms

Comiiic LLC may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
